An appealing banner

So, I've come across seeing that our position on both the voting sites are in a stack of no banner server. I'm suggesting that we have a banner so that it will attract users to a visual image and then click on our server.

Alright I would gladly provide my services if needed.
For what I understand, you are looking for a banner for GTop100 site. Am I correct? If people are interested in making one, the specs should be 468x60.
I will need more information one what the banner should turn out to.

Eg.
Animated? Yes/No
Information the banner should have: (List some rates and feature that belongs to the server that only SeasonMs has)

My suggestion to have a much more active forum is to make it a competition, meaning people would submit pieces and the winner would get a prize for having the best work done.
Maybe perhaps just a normal event. Like the prizes that was available to me once I won your event today.
